oh and while I am on that
Oklahoma City University 2006-2007 Season
"The Music Man" (which will go on tour to Arkansas among other states)
"Urban Cowboy" (the pre-national tour workshop with the Broadway production team and starring OCU students)
"Streetcar Named Desire" (Andre Previn opera..one of a few universities to be granted rights to this new work created in 1997)
"The Boor" (translated Russian opera)
"The Merry Wives of Windsor" (Verdi's last grand opera)
"Oil City Symphony" (spotlight musical which requires performed to play instruments)
There are still 4 stripped musicals (where there is no stage movement just actors reading the lines and singing the songs)
and like 6 or so plays
cool stuff
blue star should be fun
graduation needs to come a little sooner though!
